My Mission Statement:My philosophy is simple: clients come first. I pledge to be in constant communication with my clients, keeping them fully informed throughout the entire buying or selling process. I believe that if you’re not left with an amazing experience, I haven’t done my job. I measure success through the satisfaction of my clients.
About Me:I am a third generation REALTOR® who was born and raised in beautiful Bozeman, Montana. I have watched the town and surrounding area grow and change, and have an in depth knowledge of the various different communities throughout the Gallatin Valley. Growing up watching my father, Don Lint, expand his real estate business embedded a desire in me to learn more about real estate. When I was young, I would often tour properties with my dad and since then, through purchasing and selling several properties of my own, working in the real estate industry and attending numerous local and national conferences, have continued to increase my knowledge of the field. I purchased my first home in 2005 as a sophomore in college. When it was time to return home, I sold my college house and purchased a condominium in Bozeman. Since then, I have continued purchasing and selling real estate. Investing in real estate has only fueled my passion for the business. I strive to help my clients find a home of their own and achieve the financial security I have experienced through my investments.
In 2015, I helped launch the Gallatin Association of REALTORS® Young Professional Network, a group of dedicated and involved Realtors who strive to grow their industry, its professionalism and community involvement. While serving on the committee, we received national recognition for the work we were doing for our community and fellow REALTORS®. In 2019, I was elected on to the Gallatin Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors, where I currently have the pleasure of serving. I also proudly serve on the board for the Gallatin REALTORS® Charitable Foundation, a non-profit that supports members of our community through charitable giving, sponsorships and volunteering.
On my down time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two daughters. Together we enjoy camping, spending time on Montana’s lakes and rivers, skiing and traveling to new places. We regularly attend community events including Sweet Pea, Art Walks and Bobcat football and basketball games.
